- Since 2023: Doctoral student and research associate at the professorship for Microbial Biotechnology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability.
- 2021 – 2023: Master of Science in Technical Biology at the University of Stuttgart. Specialization: systems biology, industrial biotechnology and computational biology. Thesis: “Design and scale-up of a co-culture of lignin-degrading microorganisms for the production of 2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid from lignin”
- 2021: Internship at the institute for Biochemistry, faculty of Food- and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, Croatia; Projekt: „surface display“ of recombinant proteins in yeast mutants.
